ELECTRONIC DESCALERS
Do you suffer from Limescale at home? Most people do. Are you providing a solution? If not you are missing out on extra revenue...What is Little Plumber?Little Plumber is a compact, computerised electronic water conditioner which will descale your existing system, prevent new scale forming and save you money from the moment it is installed. Why your customers may need a water descaler. Little Plumber products are cheaper than water softeners, involve no salt, no maintenance, cost £2.00 per year to run, and will pay for itself in the first year. By having our water treatment device installed you will also benefit from more efficient heating of water, your appliances will last longer, you will have softer hair and your skin will be healthier. How to use a Little Plumber. Simply wrap the aerial around any hard water cold water pipe and within a short time the Little Plumber will start to remove and prevent limescale leaving your water feeling softer. Which Little Plumber Water Conditioner is needed? In order to choose the most appropriate Little Plumber limescale remover you need firstly to consider your type of plumbing system. Then you need to choose the size of house you have as follows:- Unvented Plumbing Systems (click image on right to enlarge)If you have a direct or UNVENTED system with a combination boiler (which most modern houses have) then you will only need ONE unit depending on the size of house. If your Combination Boiler is some distance from where you fit your first unit you can fit a second DEDICATED unit to protect the boiler. Vented Plumbing Systems (click image on right to enlarge)If you have a VENTED plumbing system with a loft tank you may need two units. One to go somewhere on the rising main and the other on the cold down service to the hot water cylinder. (Look at the diagrams to see which you have). This is because there is a break in the water flow where the water drops into the header tank and the conditioning effect of the unit cannot jump this break in the water. So if you want to treat the whole house you may need two units. OR..if your rising main and cold down pipe runs in parallel in the airing cupboard (which they often do) you can use an LP2, which has two aerials and can therefore treat both pipes. If however you use a lot of water from your header tank as say would a family of four, then you can get away with just one unit fitted anywhere on the rising main since the conditioning effect of the water remains for about 5-6 hours in the header tank. If you are in any doubt the best treatment is to have TWO units. "Installation for one LP unit is charged at around £150. Pretty good for a 5 minute job!" "Electricians and Plumbers that are not buying these units are missing out on extra profit." Questions? If in doubt call our help line on 01235 862540. All of our units are easy to install - please see the instructions (LP1andLP2installation.pdf, 287Kb) you will receive with your LP units
