Returns Policy

Before returning any product you must first obtain an S.R.A.N (Stock Returns Authorisation Number). This can be obtained by email tradesales@splendidproducts.co.uk or by calling 01235 862540.

Splendid Products is committed to providing customers with quality products. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, customers may return them to Splendid Products subject to the following criteria:

  • All faulty goods should be accompanied by a valid invoice number.
  • Faulty goods should be returned to us complete with all original parts.
  • Please include details of the fault with the product being returned.


Where a fault or the cause of a fault is not apparent Splendid Products reserve the right to send the item for examination or testing before deciding on any action to be taken.


Where goods are found to be faulty, customers will be offered a replacement product, a repair, a credit or a refund.  Where an item was purchased by credit/debit card then any refund must be on the same credit/debit card.


Splendid Products will not accept return of faulty goods where they are found to have been altered or repaired without our approval.
