Ordering on this Website

Once logged in on the website all prices will be visible and you will be able to select the products you require and then place your order.

Please make sure you change your password when logging in for the first time

If visiting the site for the first time it is suggested that you check and update your delivery and invoicing address details. (If part of a chain then you will have the option of changing the delivery address when finalising your order).

Please note that having confirmed your order a proforma invoice will be generated which you may wish to print and keep for your own records although details of the order and it's processing progress will always be viewable from your account. You will also be notified by email of that order. Duplicate proformas can also be printed by returning to the confirm booking page having selected "View Proforma" from your account details.

Prior to finalising your order you can, if you require,  also add your own order number should you so wish. Having processed your order we will not require a fax to confirm as will be notified automatically of your order as you will by email.
