Weatherproof design allows the motion sensor stair light to be mounted outside or inside. Perfect for lighting stairs, hallways, decks, patios or to act as a children’s night light or bathroom use.
The motion sensor stair light glows automatically when darkness is detected to show you its location. When motion is detected, the stair light emits a bright light to illuminate your path. The PIR can detect motion up to 12 feet away, which will activate the light for 20 or 60 seconds (adjustable automatic shut off setting).The light shuts off automatically if no motion is detected depending on the auto shut-off mode setting and returns to Low-Glow mode if selected.
Battery powered using 3x C batteries (not included) making installation extremely easy with no wires and very economical to run with an average battery life of a year at normal usage.
