Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards and your details are processed via our secure server and then your card number is destroyed.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you email confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling: We will action your order promptly either the same day or the day after you place it assuming that it is a week day.

Delivery Schedule Most Splendid Products from the range will be delivered within 7 working days.

Shipping: We will ship using a carrier that gives the optimum mix of care, handling, cost and speed of delivery. Information about this will be given with the 'Order Despatched' email that we will send you.

If we are out of stock for any particular item we will email with the likely delivery date. You have the option to continue with, or cancel your order at that time.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security:  We use a secure credit card system such that the details of your card can ONLY be seen by us. Once the details have been entered on the payment section they are encrypted until opened by us here at Splendid Products. The details of the card are then run through our PDQ machine and a copy of the receipt is sent with your goods. If you want the goods sent to a third party then only the receipt is sent to you at the address given on the site.
