Splendid Products send nearly all the goods purchased by 1st Class Royal Mail. This means that you should receive your order probably the day after you ordered it or at least by 7 working days after ordering.

If you will not be at home when the Postman calls and you still want the goods left then please indicate where you would like them left ie: WITH NEIGHBOUR or UNDER CAR IN DRIVE. Most postmen will honour these requests. If you are not in then a card will be left for you to collect the goods from your local sorting office.

If goods are sent back to us because you were away or the Post Office could not effect delivery for some other reason then we will refund you less the cost of postage plus a £5.00 adminstration fee.
